So, since Miles has been sequestered to his own room during the day while he recovers from a possible torn ACL, my days have been super boring. I’m also trying to cut back on the amount of time I spend on Facebook.
Whew! I’m bored. Time can move so slowly some times. I mean there really are a lot of hours in the day, huh?
Today, I chewed up the monthly newsletter from our apartment complex, slept under Blossom’s desk, smelled her elephant ear plant, rolled around on my back, licked my dog food bowl, went back to sleep under the desk, stuck my nose up to the screen in the window, made myself a cup of coffee and broke down— I got on the internet.
So, to stay clear of Facebook, I went to my other favorite guilty pleasure: YouTube. And, as boredom would have it, I couldn’t even think of anything super interesting to search.
Okay, I’ll search for something stupid… let’s see. I’ll type “best dog” and see what comes up.
And, oh my… there is this video of a dog guarding its owner’s bike. This Golden Retriever is just one of those really nice guys I’d like to meet. You can tell by looking at him.
The video is pretty short. Watch to the end –– I’m going to email him after I write this. Maybe he’ll teach me how to ride a bike?
Maybe he’ll be my Facebook friend?
